Who we are
Merex Precision Tools is the precision-tooling division of Merex Technologies (Shenzhen, China). We design, manufacture, and supply industrial-grade precision tools for grinding, milling, EDM, metrology, and workholding applications. Our products are used by over 800 customers in 30+ countries across automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical-device, and precision-machining industries.
The Merex division was established in 2018 to consolidate the precision-tooling operations that had previously operated under our parent group since 2000. In 2024 we partnered with Shenzhen Gaojingda Precision Tools Co., Ltd. (supertooling.com) to expand our catalog with KANETEC magnetic workholding, KATO precision boring systems, and a full line of precision measuring instruments.
Our capabilities
Manufacturing
2,800 m² manufacturing floor in Pinghu, Shenzhen. 5-axis CNC, cylindrical and surface grinding, EDM, hard-turning, in-house heat treatment. ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Engineering
In-house mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. Application support for OEM customization, custom pole patterns, special holding-force profiles, and bespoke metrology fixtures.
Distribution
Authorized distributor for KANETEC (Japan), KATO (Japan), RSK (Japan), and DL (Japan) precision-tooling lines. Stocks over 1,200 SKUs across our Shenzhen and Hong Kong warehouses.
