Usage
  • 通用外径 / 厚度检测：轴类、棒料、薄壁管材的外径；板材、型材的厚度。
  • 沟槽、台阶与边缘尺寸：用刃口 / 针尖测头，测量工件外沟槽宽度、台阶高度、法兰边缘厚度、卡簧槽尺寸等，解决卡尺难以伸入的狭窄位置测量。
  • 曲面与复杂轮廓的外尺寸：硬质合金球头测头适配球面、圆弧面、齿轮齿顶等曲面工件，减少打滑，测量稳定。
  • 大面积 / 平面工件厚度：圆盘测头可用于板材、铸件等大面积平面的厚度检测，避免单点测量的误差。
